245 vista project boat

I've got a 245 Vista with a 460 Cobra motor and outdrive, clean title, and a Four Winns trailer with new tires. I just finished refinishing all the wood trim inside and out, but it still needs both water tanks, the onboard charger, and a toilet. Interior just needs a deep clean. I am debating whether to finish it or sell it as a solid project, or maybe trade up to a bigger boat with some cash on top. What would you do?

That would really depend on what you want man. If it were me, I'd weigh how much time and money it'll take to finish versus what it might sell for as a clean, partially completed project. It has a clean title you say, trailer with new tires, and recent woodwork, you could likely get solid interest from buyers looking for a light project. If youre leaning toward a bigger boat anyway, it might make sense to list it as is where is and use the cash to trade up.

I'm leaning toward trading up but want to make sure I get a fair value,do you think listing it as-is will attract serious buyers quickly?

If the trailer is clean and the woodwork looks relatively new or fresh or something, you'll definitely catch some eyes. Is that the goal? Anyway if you're planning to sell it, just price it fair and be upfront about what's left to do.
